Sports and Medicine

This new article "Sorority Rush, Football Practices Spur College Swine Flu Season" got me thinking, if the fall phase of the H1N1 (word of the year nominee, no doubt) comes to pass, how will that affect college football?

Yes, these are the important things in life.

I was actually kind of surprised to find that the region thus far most affected, according to MSNBC, are the SEC states. Does that mean the Bull Dogs and the 'Tides are more resistant to the fall phase, having built up a spring immunity, or that they are more likely to be hit with these maladies? I have no idea.
