Georgia President Mikheil Saakashvili on Fox News:

Cavuto: “Let me ask you ah, Mr. President, I know you met with someone who wants to be the next vice president of the United States, Sarah Palin. There were many at the UN who said she isn’t up to speed. She isn’t up to the job. Um, what did you think?”

Saakashvili: “Well, first of all, I met both of them. I mean, Joe Biden is a long-time friend. Amazingly smart guy who gets very good perspective on Georgia’s situation. Um, I ah, met Sarah Palin and, ah, she was wonderful. She was absolutely delightful.”
